Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if
• You received a damaged product
• You received the wrong item
• The product is defective or not working as described

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.

Items Not Eligible for Return
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Items without original packaging
• Products returned after 7 days of delivery
• Hygiene based or personal use items once opened

Return Process

1. Email us at hello@setget.com with your order number and issue details.
2. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
3. Once your return is approved, we will arrange pickup or ask you to ship it back depending on your location.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time, contact us and we will assist you.

Exchanges
We offer replacements only for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, contact us at hello@setget.com.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
